Caso a encomenda tenha sido solicitada pelo discord, o método de pagamento será decidido diretamente com o cliente.

O pagamento será dividido em: envio de 50% do valor no início da encomenda, e os outros 50% no final assim que tudo for aprovado pelo cliente.

Apenas aceitarei reembolsos caso eu não consiga executar o pedido do cliente (100%) ou caso o cliente não estiver satisfeito com o esboço mostrado (50%). NÃO farei reembolso após o esboço ser aprovado.

Esboços Iniciais: Estarei realizando alguns esboços explorando a ideia solicitada e enviarei para o cliente para que possamos prosseguir com o esboço que melhor encaixa com sua ideia. Nessa etapa, é importante que o cliente me informe possíveis erros que eu possa ter cometido ao interpretar sua ideia.

Lineart: Assim que terminar o esboço e ele for aprovado, estarei iniciando a lineart e enviando para o cliente. Nessa etapa é importante que o cliente me informe coisas que eu possa ter esquecido.

Cores e detalhes finais: A partir dessa fase, não é possível pedir alterações no desenho que não sejam em relação a pintura.

Prazo de entrega do desenho finalizado: 2 semanas a 1 mês.

Costumo entrar em contato com o cliente de 5 em 5 dias para informar como está o processo da arte solicitada, caso eu tenha algum imprevisto pessoal, será informado com antecedência.

Meu cronograma de trabalho é de Segunda à Sexta, não estarei disponível para comunicação ou novas encomendas no fim de semana.

The payment method will be through my PayPal

Payment will be divided into: sending 50% of the amount at the beginning of the order, and the other 50% at the end once everything has been approved by the client.

I will only accept refunds if I am unable to execute the client's order (100%) or if the client is not satisfied with the sketch shown (50%). I will NOT accept refunds after the draft is approved.

Initial Sketches: I will be making some sketches exploring the requested idea and sending them to the client so that we can proceed with the sketch that best fits their idea. At this stage, it is important that the client informs me of possible errors that I may have made when interpreting their idea.

Lineart: As soon as I finish the sketch and it is approved, I will start the lineart and send it to the client. At this stage it is important that the client informs me of things that I may have forgotten.

Final colors and details: From this stage onwards, it's not possible to request changes to the design other than in relation to the painting.

The art will be finished by 2 weeks to 1 month.

I usually contact the client every 5 days to inform them about the process of the requested art. If I have any personal unforeseen circumstances, I will inform the client

My work schedule is from Monday to Friday, I will not be available for communication or new orders over the weekend.
